Delivery and Return Information

Although some items may be available for immediate delivery, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of products. If you have checked out and require expedited production or shipping, please call 281-412-0006. Additional shipping and or “rush” fees may be added based on required ship date.

If a non-customized item cannot ship within 5 weeks, you will be notified and given the option to cancel that item.  Customized and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and may have extended delivery times. Please note that ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.com prices do not include shipping. 

Due to the nature and variety of products and manufacturers offered on the www.rightawaysigns.comwebsite, many items will be drop shipped directly from each respective supplier(s) to save time transit costs.  All items will be shipped ground service via UPS or Federal Express to any of the 48 continental states.  We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or International Addresses and no C.O.D.’s.  Orders must be shipped to a street address and the customer’s signature is required.     

Shipping charges for items requiring motor freight will be based on the weight and destination.  Please email shipping@rightawaysigns.com for a freight quote.  Motor freight is used for items that are oversized or exceed a weight limit with UPS or Federal Express.  A person 18 years or older must be available to meet the delivery and sign for the product(s).  The driver will place your purchase(s) at the threshold of your home’s door.  This service does not include in home delivery or set up. 

Returns on Non-Damaged or Non-Flawed Items

If for any reason you need to make a return for an exchange or credit, it must be within 7 days of receiving that item(s).  PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN.  You must be certain to return your purchase in the original outer and inner box if applicable along with the packing materials.  Make sure it is well packed and insured for the full amount.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition and MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the exterior packaging.  Please email returns@rightawaysigns.com for this authorization number and instructions regarding the return location and address for the product(s).  Return shipping, payment for return shipping and any damages from return shipping are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  All special and customized orders are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

A refusal of any shipment is billable for both the return and original shipping amount along with a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping costs shall not be refunded or credited under any circumstance.

Claims on Damaged or Flawed Items

Damage claims must be made to shipping@rightawaysigns.com within 5 days of package delivery.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims will be accepted after the 5th day.  YOU MUST KEEP ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS for any necessary inspections by the shipper.  It shall be the recipient’s responsibility to properly repackage items being returned.  NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR FLAWED ITEMS THAT ARE RECEIVED BROKEN OR DAMAGED DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING.  You will be instructed by ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.comregarding the return location and address for the product(s). You must also agree to take any necessary photos of said damage to assist ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.com

 

ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.com guarantees the products it sells are of the highest quality and are free from manufacturing defects and will warranty for 90 days after purchase of the product when used in reasonable fashion. If the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during that time, you must return the flawed or broken product to ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.com.  If after receipt of the product, ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.comdetermines the defect is a manufacturer error, we will send a replacement or will issue www.rightawaysigns.com online store credit for the original purchase price of the flawed or broken product(s). www.rightawaysigns.comonline store credit can be used on the www.rightawaysigns.com website for any item. By using www.rightawaysigns.com, you also agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.com. You must also provide all necessary information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.comas to the cause of the failure or breakage. Please allow up to 6 weeks for www.rightawaysigns.comonline store credit after the determination has been made the failure is due to manufacturer defects.

If ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.com deems it is not feasible to return the flawed or broken product(s) based on geographical location, ADDI LLC / www.rightawaysigns.commay allow photographs as proof of product failure, but may dispute claims if they are not clear enough make a determination of fault.
